It is very easy to visualize this animal moving in below a ginko tree and snarfing up a bushel of those fruits almost like a vacuum cleaner. And move on to the next, and the next, and the next. Gingko may be the most extreme of the botanical anchronisms within your grasp. Fanciful? Well, there are fossil dinosaurs from Germany with a fossilized gut packed with intact tree seeds. | ||
