| One such drug from the drugstore in image DHJanzen100525.jpg above was this bar of soap that is rich in anti-fungal agents - it was the soap used daily by the hunters, and was in part responsible for their seeming good health. But what is the anti-fungal agent? Mercury, an ancient European cure for fungal diseases. I suspect that every time someone took a bath with this soap they paid with a few tenths of a gram of liver, so to speak.
